Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zen Dental College website and ERP portal (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Authorised Use

Access to the ERP portal is granted only to enrolled students, registered patients, and employed staff of Zen Dental College. You must not:

  • Share login credentials with any other person.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that does not belong to you.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  • Introduce malware, bots, or automated scripts without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the property of Zen Dental College or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without express written permission is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must notify the IT department immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • All actions performed under your credentials are your responsibility.
  • Students must comply with the College’s Academic Integrity Policy when using digital resources.

5. Clinical & Patient Data

Patient records accessed through the ERP are governed by patient confidentiality obligations and applicable health data regulations. Unauthorised disclosure of patient information is a serious disciplinary and legal offence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The College does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability, data inaccuracies, or technical failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Dental College shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the portal notice board.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
